Sallim Mattar Mosque
Originally built in 1960 by Shaikh Sallim Mattar, the mosque was a kampung structure serving the needs of residents in the MacPherson and Aljunied area. Sometime in early 2000s, the mosque was rebuilt and today it can accommodate three times its original capacity. The mosque offers religious classes as well as social development services for nearby residents.
